This career site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. On each later request the browser sends it back, which lets the site recognize that the requests come from the same visitor. Related technologies, such as browser local storage, work in a similar way. This site does not use browser local storage on its public pages.

The only cookies we set are the ones the application form needs: to keep your place between steps, to protect forms against forged submissions, and, if you sign in, to return you to the right sign-in page.

2. Cookies we do not use

  • No advertising, retargeting, or social media cookies.
  • No cross-site tracking, and no profiles built from your browsing.
  • No analytics cookies on this career site or on any step of the application. We use analytics only inside our internal, password-protected recruiting application, which candidates do not use.

3. Content and files loaded from other companies

  • Document preview. When you review the resume you uploaded, it is displayed through the Microsoft Office Online viewer. Microsoft may set its own cookies within that preview area, under its own policies. This happens only on the review step and only for documents in Office formats.
  • Icon and script files. Some styling and script files are delivered by public content delivery networks (cdnjs and jsDelivr). They do not set cookies, but your IP address and browser type are visible to them as part of delivering the file.

4. Why we do not show a cookie banner

A banner asks for your consent to optional cookies. This site sets none, so there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, we will ask before setting anything that is not necessary, and we will update this page first.

5. How to control cookies

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block new ones, usually under Settings, Privacy. You can also browse in a private window, which clears cookies when you close it.

Because the cookies this site sets are necessary, blocking them will stop the application form from working. You will not be able to move past the first step, and submissions will be rejected as unverified.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not respond to it. We do not track you across other websites regardless of the setting.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
