Responsibilities
- 1. Management Reporting & Leadership Support
- Prepare reports and performance summaries for management review
- Support the Group Leader and Sales Team Leader in daily tasks and strategic initiatives
- Assist in sales performance tracking, revenue analysis, and business reporting
- 2. Customer Response & Pricing Quotation
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
- Prepare freight rate quotations and pricing proposals
- Support rate negotiations and contract-related documentation
- 3. Inside Sales & Customer Account Management
- Conduct inside sales activities for existing and potential customers
- Manage and update CRM systems and sales databases
- Track sales pipeline progress and follow up on leads and opportunities
- 4. Customer Complaint Handling & Internal Job Support
- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support internal operational tasks related to sales orders and shipments
- 5. Cross-Functional Coordination (Sales & Operations)
- Coordinate communication between Sales and Operations teams
- Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Finance teams on business cases and contracts
- Support cross-departmental projects and new business implementation
- 6. Sales Materials & P&L Analysis
- Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, presentations, and reports
- Conduct P&L simulations and profitability analysis using Excel
- Support pricing strategy evaluation and margin analysis
- 7. Market Research & Business Development Support
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Support partnership development and new business opportunities
- Assist in organizing client meetings and business development activities
- 8. Administrative & Process Improvement Support
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to Sales and Operations teams
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and productivity
- Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements/Qualifications
Entry level or less than 3 years of logistics operation or sales support or business development support experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply chain management, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to expand knowledge of logistics industry
