Description
Primary responsibilities:
* Check attendance of all talents and assign and lead group to finish daily objectives
* Forecast and plan for staging & loading for daily based on inventory
* Communicate and lead drivers to provide quality issue for inspection from bay
* Oversee progress of loading by checking status of liveload / drop & hook trailers throughout day
* Print necessary documents for checking in & out process. This involves multiple steps of verifying trailer#, assigning and allocating loading ticket to respective areas for loading, printing out BOL, and gating out BOL when ready
* Implement and share daily inventory count at end of day
* Office document analysis based on data from ERP
* Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the team and business objectives.
Key Skills:
* Associate/Bachelor degree in college
* Having attention to detail
* Get all employees on daily goal of receiving product and stacking away without damages, loading empty trailer with accuracy.
* Be a good listener & excellent communicator. It is utmost important to be an excellent communicator with previous shift managers for any change in plan for loading, staffing requests etc.
Tools:
* N-ERP: Used for many of the tasks handled by the CY, such as checking in/out drivers, yard status, and paperwork
* GMES: Used to check status of production and lot status
* KNOX MESSENGER: Used for communication with members of group for loading request
